DSSSB Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science) Recruitment 2026 — 675 Posts

A total of 675 vacancies have been announced for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science) in the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi. The posts are distributed across the UR, SC, ST and EWS categories; there are no OBC vacancies for this post. A total of 22 vacancies are reserved horizontally for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), spread across the eligible disability categories. Ex-servicemen and Meritorious Sports Persons reservation does not apply to this Group B post.

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application, Computer Science, or B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), or an equivalent qualification. Teaching qualification requirements are as specified in the official advertisement.

Age Limit (as on 15-07-2026): Not exceeding 30 years. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India and GNCT of Delhi guidelines for the various categories.

Other conditions: Candidates must be registered on the DSSSB online portal before applying. Registration is a one-time exercise and does not need to be repeated for each examination. All eligibility conditions must be met as on the cut-off date of 15-07-2026.

The fee is payable through SBI e-Pay only; no other mode of payment is accepted. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Fee exemptions apply to eligible categories as per DSSSB rules.

3. Read the full advertisement to confirm your eligibility.
4. Fill in the online application form with accurate personal and educational details.
5. Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- through SBI e-Pay (where applicable).
6. Submit the form and save a printout for your records.

Selection is made through a One Tier (Technical/Teaching) written examination of the objective type, conducted as a Computer Based Test. There is no provision for re-evaluation or re-checking of answer sheets. Negative marking of 0.25 marks applies for each wrong answer. If the examination is held in multiple shifts, scores are normalised using the DSSSB normalisation formula.

The examination consists of 200 multiple-choice questions carrying 200 marks, to be completed in 2 hours, and is bilingual (Hindi and English). It has two sections: - Section A (100 questions, 100 marks): General Awareness; General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability; Arithmetical and Numerical Ability; Test of Hindi Language and Comprehension; Test of English Language and Comprehension (20 marks each). - Section B (100 questions, 100 marks): Subject-specific questions on Computer Science, including teaching methodology and B.Ed.-related questions.
