Rajasthan BSTC Pre D.El.Ed First Seat Allotment Result 2026 Released

Seats are allotted for the 2-year D.El.Ed (BSTC) diploma programme (General and Sanskrit streams) across various Teacher Education Institutes in Rajasthan. Total seat count is determined by the number of participating institutes.

Candidates must have passed Class 12th (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board. Eligibility is as per Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed (BSTC) 2026 exam rules.

Admission fee can be paid via e-Mitra, net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI between 20-06-2026 and 27-06-2026.

1. Visit the official Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota website at vmou.ac.in and open the Pre D.El.Ed (BSTC) 2026 section.
2. On the homepage, find and click the link for the First College Allotment Letter under the Pre D.El.Ed Examination 2026 section.
3. Enter your Roll Number / Application Number, Counselling ID, and Date of Birth.
4. Click Submit to view your allotment result.
5. Download and save the allotment letter as a PDF, or take a printout for use during reporting and fee payment.
6. Pay the admission fee of ₹13,555 online before 27-06-2026.
7. Report in person at the allotted institute with required documents before 29-06-2026.

Seat allotment is based on the candidate's merit rank in the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed (BSTC) 2026 examination, category, and college preferences submitted during counselling. After the first allotment round, candidates seeking a better college may apply for upward movement.
