Andhra Pradesh to Host ₹5,400 Crore ReNew Solar Manufacturing Plant in Anakapalli

Andhra Pradesh has emerged as the host state for a large solar manufacturing project worth ₹5,400 crore in Anakapalli district. The project will set up a facility to make solar ingots and wafers with a capacity of 6 gigawatt (GW). These are the basic building blocks used to manufacture solar cells and panels.
