Selection Process

Selection is a multi-stage process. Stage 1 is an initial academic screening based on academic records, qualifications, declared experience, and domain relevance. Stage 2 is a written or skill-based test that individual centres may conduct depending on the number of shortlisted candidates. Stage 3 is a personal interview conducted by the respective centre. All communication is sent by email only, and candidature stays provisional until document verification is completed. The engagement is purely contractual, with an initial period of up to 3 years (1 year for the Kolkata centre) or until project completion, whichever is earlier.
