Total Internships: 160 (across Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate categories)

• UG (B.Tech VII & VIII semester): CSE/AI/ML/Cyber Security, Electronics/ECE/EIE, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials/Chemical, Aeronautical, Safety Engineering
• PG (M.Tech / M.Sc 2nd year): CSE, ECE, Mechanical, Electrical, Power, Physics, Chemistry, VLSI/Embedded, RF/Microwave/RADAR, Structural Analysis, IR Seekers, Lasers, Mechatronics/MEMS, Robotics, System Engineering, Thermal

Stipend: Rs. 5,000 per month | Duration: Minimum 6 months | Location: RCI, Hyderabad

Educational Qualification: Pursuing a full-time final-year Graduate (B.Tech) or Post-Graduate (M.Tech / M.Sc in Physics or Chemistry) course in the listed disciplines from a recognised Indian university or institute. Only final-year students are eligible.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.

2. Download Advertisement No. RCI/HRD/PDINTERN/2026/01 and the prescribed application format
3. Fill in the application form with your academic and personal details
4. Attach the required documents and certificates
5. Submit the completed application offline as per the address in the notification, on or before 20 June 2026
