FACT, a Government of India enterprise based at Udyogamandal in Kerala, has invited applications for 9 Trainee vacancies under its one-year FACT Industry Readiness Programme (FIRP) 2026. Posts are spread across HR/Training/Administration (4), Marketing (2), Materials (2) and Legal (1) functions. Eligibility

Educational Qualification (regular/full-time courses only): - HR/Training/Admin: Two-year PG Degree or Diploma in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work with HR specialisation, OR MBA (HR) - Marketing: Two-year PG Degree or Diploma in Management / Business Administration with Marketing or Agri Business specialisation - Materials: Two-year PG Degree or Diploma in Management / Business Administration with specialisation in Materials Management, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain - Legal: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB)

Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate (50% for SC / ST / PwBD)

Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as on 2 May 2026. Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST.

Domicile: Only candidates with Kerala domicile (Aadhaar to be produced as proof at the time of joining).
