Stipend: Rs. 12,300 per month during training.

Educational qualification by stream:

• HR / Training / Administration: Two-year Post Graduate degree or diploma in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work with specialisation in HR or Personnel Management, or MBA (HR).
• Marketing: Two-year Post Graduate degree or diploma in Management or Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing or Agri Business.
• Materials: Two-year Post Graduate degree or diploma in Management or Business Administration with specialisation in Materials Management, Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Legal: Bachelor degree in Law.

Age limit: Maximum 26 years.

Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC and ST candidates.

3. Fill the online application with personal, educational and experience details.
4. Upload photograph, signature and supporting certificates in the prescribed format.
5. Pay the application fee online if applicable.
6. Submit the form on or before 30 May 2026.
7. Take a printout of the submitted application for record.

Selection is based on shortlisting and the procedure laid down in the official notification. Candidates are advised to refer to the FACT notification PDF for stream-wise selection stages such as written test, group discussion or interview.

• HR stream: Industrial relations, labour laws, HR management.

All streams: General awareness, English language and basic aptitude.
