National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture of the Government of India and the participating state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, is hiring one Additional General Manager (Human Resource) on re-employment basis. NCRTC is implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) connecting NCR cities, and is currently running the Delhi-Meerut corridor on commercial revenue service.

Vacancy Details

Total: 1 post (Additional General Manager / Human Resource, Level E6, on re-employment basis)

Monthly consolidated remuneration: Rs. 1,40,200 plus HRA and other benefits as per company policy.

Contract term: 1 year, extendable on the basis of performance and the corporation requirement.

Eligibility

Essential qualification: Any graduate.

Essential experience:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in a Central or State Government department or a Government entity.
  • Areas: Establishment matters, grievance disposal, labour compliance, service regulations, disciplinary matters and manpower planning.

Pay scale held before superannuation:

  • CDA scale Rs. 1,23,100 to Rs. 2,15,900 (Level 13) or above, or
  • IDA scale Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 2,60,000 (E7) or above.

Age limit: Maximum 62 years as on 29 May 2026.

Selection Process

Two stages:

Selected candidate may be posted at any office, workplace or project unit of NCRTC or its subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Syllabus & Exam Pattern

The selection is interview-based. No written examination is held. The interview focuses on:

  • Establishment, service rules and disciplinary procedures in government setups
  • Labour compliance and industrial relations
  • Manpower planning and HR strategy
  • Grievance handling and policy implementation
