HPSEBL Women Apprenticeship Training 2026 — 98 Seats Across 9 Disciplines

Note: Candidates may apply for only one discipline. Applications for more than one discipline will be rejected. Unfilled seats in any discipline may be diverted to other disciplines at HPSEBL's discretion.

Gender: Only female candidates are eligible.

Age Limit (as on 31-05-2026): - Minimum Age: 18 years - Maximum Age: 30 years - Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / PwD candidates

Educational Qualification: Varies by discipline. Candidates must hold the required qualification for their chosen discipline. Qualifications obtained through Distance Learning, Part-Time, or Correspondence mode are not accepted. Candidates with CGPA/OGPA/letter grade must mention equivalent aggregate percentage as per their university norms.

Other Conditions: - Results must not be awaited as on 31-05-2026. - Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or have one or more years of post-qualification work experience are not eligible.

No application fee mentioned in the notification.

2. Download the prescribed Application Form from the official HPSEBL website.
3. Fill in all details accurately — discipline applied for, personal details, category, training station preference (up to 3 locations in order of preference), and educational qualifications with percentage.
4. Write your name exactly as it appears on your Matriculation certificate.
5. Sign the completed application form.
6. Scan the duly filled and signed application form.
7. E-mail the scanned application to [email protected] on or before 13-07-2026.

Note: No other mode of application will be accepted. Incomplete application forms will be rejected without any reason being given.

Selection is based on a merit list prepared separately for each discipline. No written examination or interview is conducted.

Merit Score (100 marks total): - Academic performance and qualifications are the basis for the merit score. Refer to the official notification for the exact marking breakdown.

Tie-Breaking: In case of equal marks — candidate with an earlier date of birth (older in age) is ranked higher. If date of birth is also the same, the candidate with higher Matriculation marks is preferred.

Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called in a 1:4 ratio per seat for document verification with original certificates. A medical fitness certificate must be produced before joining.

Results will be displayed only on the official HPSEBL website. No individual intimation will be sent.
