A total of 52 Engineering Executive Trainee posts are offered across two disciplines — Civil/Construction Engineering and Mining Engineering. The vacancies are based on the current roster position and may increase or decrease at NTPC management's discretion.

• Qualification: A full-time Bachelor's degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline (Civil/Construction or Mining), with a good academic record
• GATE: A valid GATE-2025 score in the prescribed paper code for the discipline
