NTPC Executive Recruitment 2026 — Senior Executive & Executive Posts

These are experienced-hire executive roles. The exact grade and pay scale are given in the official notification on the NTPC careers portal.

Educational qualification and experience are specific to each post:

1. Senior Executive (Material & Supply Chain Management): Degree in Engineering from a recognised university (MBA is an added advantage). Minimum 22 years of post-qualification executive experience, including 15 years in Material Management / Supply Chain Management. Of the 22 years, at least 10 years should be in the power or energy sector. Global exposure is preferred. Maximum age: 55 years.

2. Senior Executive (Green Chemical): Degree in Engineering from a recognised university. Minimum 22 years of post-qualification executive experience, of which at least 15 years should be in the design, development, project planning and execution of ammonia and/or methanol plants or other green-chemical projects. Maximum age: 55 years.

3. Executive (Regulatory Affairs - Nuclear): Degree in Engineering from a recognised university (MBA is an added advantage). Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience in nuclear power projects, of which at least 10 years should be in regulatory work such as preparing regulatory documents, coordinating with the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB), answering regulatory queries, and obtaining regulatory clearances. Maximum age: 50 years.

4. Executive (Engineering - Nuclear): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university (MBA is an added advantage). Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience in civil engineering of nuclear power projects, of which at least 10 years should be in civil engineering of the nuclear island. Maximum age: 50 years.

Age relaxation, where applicable, is as per Government of India rules and NTPC policy stated in the official notification.
