Vacancy Details

A total of 05 Management Trainee vacancies are on offer across two disciplines, on a direct recruitment basis. One vacancy is reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (hearing impairment) on a horizontal basis. Reservation applies as per prevailing Government of India guidelines.

Eligibility

  • Qualification: A full-time MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS in the relevant specialisation (Human Resource Management for MT-HRM; a Hotel/Facilities/Civil background with an MBA for MT-Administration), with a minimum of 60% marks in both graduation and post graduation.
  • Degrees obtained through correspondence, part-time, open or distance learning are not eligible.
  • Age (as on 30-04-2026): 21 to 28 years. The upper limit is for the General category; relaxation applies for OBC, PwBD and ex-servicemen candidates as per Government of India rules.
  • Nationality: Indian citizen.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the official Exim Bank careers page (eximbankindia.in/careers).
  2. Open the online application link, available from 15-05-2026.
  3. Fill the form and note your Provisional Registration Number and password.
  4. Upload your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration and required certificates as per the specifications.
  5. Pay the fee online and submit before 14-06-2026.
  6. The registration is complete only after the fee is paid.

Selection Process

Selection consists of a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview. The Written Test is a subjective professional-knowledge paper with no negative marking. Candidates shortlisted from the Written Test are called for an interview in Mumbai and/or New Delhi. The final merit list gives 70% weightage to the Written Test and 30% to the Interview.
