NABARD Specialist Recruitment 2026 — 8 Posts

A total of 8 Specialist vacancies are available across roles including Specialist - Finance Strategy and Specialist - Information Technology Strategy. Post-wise eligibility and experience requirements differ and are detailed in the official notification.

• Age: 30 to 45 years for most posts (age relaxation as per rules)
• Specialist - Finance Strategy: Two-year full-time PG Diploma in Management (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / MMS (Finance) with at least 55% marks, or ICAI/CFA membership with a Bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of 4 years' relevant finance-sector experience
• Specialist - Information Technology Strategy: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT with at least 60% marks, or M.Tech/M.E./MCA in the relevant field or an MBA with IT focus, plus a minimum of 7 years' IT-industry experience including senior-level and BFSI experience
• Other Specialist posts require a relevant postgraduate degree, MBA, CA/CS or doctoral qualification with prescribed experience
