Vacancy Details

A total of 178 posts are on offer, spread across several departments. The main posts are Assistant Professor (Higher Education), Lecturer (Technical Education), Post Graduate Teacher and Graduate Teacher (School Education). Reservation follows Nagaland state rules.

Eligibility

Age: 21 to 32 years as on 01-01-2026 (upper age relaxation as per rules).

Qualification (post-wise): - Assistant Professor: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST); Ph.D holders are exempt from NET/SLET/SET. - Lecturer (Engineering): B.E/B.Tech with at least 60% in the relevant branch. - Lecturer (Science): M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or English with 60%. - Post Graduate Teacher: Post Graduate degree with 50% marks. - Graduate Teacher: Graduate or Post Graduate degree with 50% marks.
