The recruitment process is for 465 posts under the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).

Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree from a recognised University or equivalent qualification - Working knowledge of Odia at Middle School standard (must have passed Odia as a subject up to Class 7 OR HSC equivalent with Odia OR cleared a Government Odia language test)

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025, General Category): - Minimum: 21 years - Maximum: 38 years - SC / ST / SEBC / Women: +5 years (maximum 43 years) - PwBD: +10 years over respective category limit - Ex-Servicemen: relaxation as per Odisha Government rules

Reservation: - Reservation for SC, ST and SEBC candidates as per Odisha state policy - Persons with Benchmark Disabilities reservation as per the RPwD Act, 2016 - Ex-Servicemen reservation as per Odisha state policy

Other: - Candidate must be a citizen of India - Must be of good mental and physical health, free from any defect likely to interfere with duties - Selection through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personality Test
