Syllabus & Exam Pattern

Exam Timing: Phase 1 is held in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (IST). The reporting time is 1:00 PM and the entry gate closes at 1:45 PM — candidates who arrive after gate closure are not allowed to enter.

Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours), with a separate (sectional) time limit for each section. Once the time for a section is over, the system automatically moves to the next section and candidates cannot return to the earlier section.

Pattern: The paper has 4 sections — General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability — for a total of 200 questions and 200 marks.

Key points: - General Awareness carries high weightage (80 marks) but a limited time slot, so speed matters. - Reasoning Ability is allotted the most time. - Carry your admit card and a valid photo ID to the centre.
