State Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2026 — 7150 Posts

A total of 7150 training seats are available for engagement as Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Seats are distributed state-wise and district-wise across SC, ST, OBC, EWS and UR categories, with horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. The number of seats is provisional and may vary with the bank's actual requirement. Candidates can apply for one state only.

• Age: 20 to 28 years as on 01-04-2026 (age relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of India rules)
• Qualification: A graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute
• Citizenship: Open to Indian citizens only

3. Register online and fill the application with correct details, choosing one state.

Selection is based on an online written test followed by a local language test, as set out in the official advertisement.
